Pricing
Name.ai has no subscription tiers. Browsing, search, WHOIS, the REST API and the MCP server are free and need no account. You pay per domain, per operation.
New .ai domain, first term
$180/ 2-year minimum term
2–10 year terms. Live price from the pricing API:

Priced per TLD in USD. Query the public pricing API with the TLD and operation — it returns integer USD cents, or null if the TLD/operation isn't supported. Registry requirements (minimum terms, organization and nameserver rules) come from /api/tlds/{tld}/metadata.
Premium and aftermarket names
Each listing carries a Buy-Now and floor price set by its seller. Prices are shown to signed-in, email-verified users, and to agents authenticated with the pricing:read scope. Acquisition options include Buy Now, Make Offer, Lease To Own and human brokerage; brokerage and escrow fees are quoted per deal.
