Apply through the Apply as Partner page. Select the partner track that fits your business — Reseller, Affiliate, Technology, or Agency. We review all applications within 48 hours.

Four tracks — Reseller (white-label/resell services), Affiliate (referral commissions), Technology (API integration + revenue share), and Agency (wholesale pricing for client-facing work). You can apply for multiple tracks if your business spans categories.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. Our team reviews within 48 hours and responds with approval, questions, or feedback. Approved partners receive a welcome pack and onboarding call within 5 business days.

No. The partner program is free to join. Earnings are commission-based — we make money when you generate completed transactions.

Commission rates are set out in your partner agreement and vary by track and transaction type. All commissions are calculated on completed, confirmed transactions — not leads or clicks.

Monthly. Commissions from the previous calendar month are processed in the first week of the following month. Minimum payout threshold applies — check your partner agreement for the current threshold.

Bank transfer (domestic and international). Additional methods may be available for high-volume partners — contact your partner manager.

Commission is only earned on confirmed, completed transactions. If a referred transaction is reversed within the window specified in your agreement, the commission is not payable or is clawed back if already paid.

API access is part of the Technology Partner track. Apply via the Partner Program and indicate you're building an integration. API credentials and sandbox access are provided after approval.

Yes. Full sandbox environment with no rate limits and no cost. Production credentials are issued after your integration is reviewed and approved.

Yes. White-label options are available for qualified reseller partners. Scope and eligibility are discussed during the application and onboarding process.

Yes. Resellers purchase services at wholesale rates and set their own client-facing pricing. Minimum and maximum pricing constraints may apply — set out in your reseller agreement.

That depends on the white-label configuration. Full white-label removes Name.ai branding entirely. Co-branded configurations retain Name.ai attribution — discuss your preference during onboarding.

Your dedicated partner manager is your first point of contact for everything. For urgent technical issues, use the developer support channel in your onboarding pack.

Partners receive elevated response times. General queries: within 8 hours. Technical issues: within 4 hours. Critical production issues: within 2 hours.
